Key activities/responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Propose and provide best practice design to customer based on product capability
- Able to manage user expectation and be organized
- Conduct design workshop session, training, UAT for external customer
- Deliver and get the sign-off of design and UAT deliverables
- Document learnings from the Onboarding assessment
Customer Engagement and Loyalty
- Conduct outbound customer calls in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Support Project Manager by providing deliverables and incident tickets status
- Highlight the risk to Project Manager and key stakeholder
- Support Project Manager by providing manhours quotation on additional scope changes
- Able to prioritize the task and provide the recommendation based on priority
- Pro-active in following-up discussion on both external customers and internal organization
- Able to advise and plan for roll-out schedule
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize configuration work
- Provide technical and product support by resolving negative customer experiences. Participate in and track to resolution of customer issues via JIRA and Monday
- Relay customer feedback to the account team(s) and appropriate cross-functional groups to improve the product and process
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
Experience & Skills
- Min 2 years working experience as functional design analyst in an IT consulting firm
- Completed at least one end-to-end project cycle from Plan and Design to Go-Live Support
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with customers to foster positive business relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
- Adaptable to a changing environment with shifting priorities
Advantage:
- Experience in safety or risk management products
- Experience as Functional Design Analyst
- Experience with maritime software and/or safety HSQE and/or ERP – Inventory Management software
- Self-motivated and can thrive in an early-stage environment
- Interest in technology and/or aptitude for technology
- Experience in designing or developing integration across 2 different software platform is a plus
