Edwin Lou is the Chief Financial Officer at Magellan X. He possesses more than 20 years of experience spanning from early years in corporate banking followed by senior finance leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations and Private-Equity led global business in Cybersecurity and Digital Risk Management Solutions, Industrials, Semi-Conductors, and Oil & Gas sectors including the Asia Pacific and global business operations. Prior to joining Magellan X, he spent a total of 12 years as the Global CFO of Everett Charles Technologies (Global semiconductor unit of NYSE-listed Dover Corporation) and as the Global CFO of Modex Energy, a private equity and major shipping group-owned global corporation. Edwin has been involved in developing and leading various financial management functions including fundraising activities (both equity and debts), cross-border M&A activities, IPOs, controllership, financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, treasury, international tax planning, and corporate restructuring. He was also based in North America and China at different stages of his career.

Edwin holds an MBA (Financial Management) with Distinction from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK, and a Bachelor of Accountancy (2^nd Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He also holds professional membership as a Chartered Accountant with the Singapore Institute of Chartered Accountants, Certificated Public Accountants (Australia), and ASEAN CPA.
